Fong Kui Lun is the 4th term Member of Parliament, which he contested Klang and elected as MP in 1990-1995, and Bukit Bintang, from 1999 -present. Fong Kui Lun also be the DAP national treasurer and managing party's financial matters since 1999. Besides, Fong was also chairman of alumni for SMK Catholic (Petaling Jaya).
